These terms apply to your use of this website and to any services you buy from Sanghpriy (“we”, “us”). By using the website or engaging us, you agree to them. If a written quote or agreement for your project says something different, that document applies to the project.

Our services
We provide:
- web development,
- mobile app development,
- custom software creation,
- ad management on Google Ads, Facebook (Meta) Ads and Snapchat Ads.
The scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each project are set out in the quote or proposal we send you.
Quotes and starting a project
A project starts when you accept our written quote (an email, WhatsApp message or signed document is enough) and pay any advance. Quotes are valid for the period stated in them.
Work outside the agreed scope, and major changes after you have approved something, are quoted separately. Timelines depend on you sending content, feedback and approvals on time.
Prices and payments
- All prices are in Indian rupees. GST is added where applicable and we issue a GST invoice.
- The payment schedule (advance, milestones or monthly) is stated in your quote.
- We may pause work while a payment is overdue.
- Your advertising budget, the money spent on Google, Meta or Snapchat, is separate from our service fee. You pay it directly to the platform unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Your responsibilities
You agree that:
- the information and content you give us is accurate,
- you own, or have permission to use, the text, images, logos, music and other material you give us,
- your products, services and ads follow the law and the rules of the ad platforms,
- you will review and approve work promptly,
- you will keep your login details safe and give us the access we need.
Advertising results
Online advertising results depend on many things we do not control, including competition, budget, season, your offer and the platform’s own systems. We work carefully to improve results, but we cannot promise a particular number of leads, sales, clicks, rankings or return on ad spend.
Ad platforms may reject ads or suspend accounts under their own policies. We are not responsible for those decisions, but we will help you resolve them where we can.
Ownership of the work
Once you have paid in full for a project, you own the custom website design, content and code we create specifically for you. Third-party items such as fonts, stock images, plugins, frameworks and open-source libraries stay under their own licences. We keep ownership of our general tools, templates and know-how.
Unless you tell us in writing not to, we may show your finished work in our portfolio.
Third-party costs
Domain names, hosting, email services, software licences, app-store developer accounts, payment-gateway fees and similar costs are charged separately at the provider’s rates. Where possible, we open these accounts in your name so you stay in control.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public information you share with us for your project as confidential and use it only to deliver the services. This does not apply to information that is already public, that we already knew, or that we must disclose by law.
Support after launch
Unless your quote says otherwise, hosting, ongoing maintenance, content updates and support after launch are separate services. We will fix defects in our own work that you report within the support period stated in your quote, at no extra charge. Changes to third-party platforms may need extra work, which we will quote.
Using this website
Please do not use this website for anything unlawful or harmful, try to break into or disrupt it, scrape it in a way that overloads it, or send spam through the contact form. The website’s content, design, name and logo belong to Sanghpriy and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.
Limits of our liability
To the extent the law allows, this website and our services are provided as described in your quote and without other warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost business or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service the claim relates to.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Ending a project
You or we may end a project or service by written notice. You will pay for work done up to that date and for third-party costs already incurred. We may stop work and end the agreement if payments stay overdue after a reminder, or if you ask us to do something unlawful. Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking with you. If that does not work, the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. A version you accepted in writing for a project stays in force for that project.
