This policy explains when you can cancel a Sanghpriy service and when you can get a refund. It applies to web development, app development, software creation and ad management, and it works together with our Terms and Conditions.
Cancelling before work starts
If you cancel before we begin work, tell us in writing and we will refund the advance you paid, less any payment-gateway charges we cannot recover.
Cancelling after work has started
Fees for work already done and milestones already delivered are not refundable. If you cancel part-way through a milestone, we will refund the part of your advance that relates to work we have not started, after deducting the value of the work done so far.
Third-party purchases
Domains, hosting, software licences, app-store fees, stock assets and similar items bought for you are paid to other companies. We cannot refund them once they are bought.
Ad budgets and ad management
Your ad budget is paid to Google, Meta or Snapchat, or held in your ad account, and it follows their refund rules. We cannot refund it. Our management fee for a month that has already started is not refundable.
Because we cannot guarantee results, lower-than-expected results alone are not a reason for a refund. We will review the campaign with you and adjust it.
Monthly services
You can cancel a monthly service at any time by written notice. You will not be billed for later months, and the service continues to the end of the month you have paid for.
If we cannot deliver
If we cannot deliver what the quote promised, and cannot put it right within a reasonable time after you tell us, we will refund the part of the fee that relates to the undelivered work.
How to ask for a refund
Send your request through our Contact page with your name, phone number, the project and the reason. We will confirm in writing whether a refund applies and how much it will be.
When you receive the refund
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers usually take 5 to 10 working days to show the money.
Delivery of services
Our services are delivered digitally, through email, download links, hosted websites, app-store releases and online meetings. We do not ship physical goods.
